Eve at reception was amazing! she helped with our luggage and even stored our pram since there isn't a lift. i recommend a sea view. It was beautiful. the room had tea and coffee. they offered different milk options at reception. the travel cot they provided was very good quality, too.

the location is great near the seaside. complimentary water bottles were a welcome bonus. the bed was very comfortable. the decor is modern and pleasant.

my room was very small which was fine for a one night stay. the view was actually the back yards of multiple properties. i felt my window should have been frosted because people could look directly in unless we drew the blinds down which would then have plunged us into darkness.

the room had a decent shower.

my stay wasn't great. the room was really small even if i stayed only one night. the town view turned out to be the back of some buildings, and i reminded me of people could see right in, so i had to keep the blinds shut. i was told there would be breakfast, but then i learned they don't serve it on mondays, disappointing.

eve at the front desk was great. she helped with bags, as i had a pram. she even allowed us to store it downstairs (there is no lift). the sea view was fine (i really recommend it!). tea and coffee were in the room. options for different milks are available at reception. the travel cot was very good quality.
